The Role
- Supporting a team of three executives with busy and ever-changing diaries
- Coordinating international travel, meetings, itineraries, and expenses
- Managing scheduling across multiple time zones
- Supporting with presentations and agendas
- Acting as a polished and welcoming point of contact for guests, visitors and deliveries
- Supporting with events and visitor management
About You
- Previous Team Assistant & Reception experience
- Highly polished, warm, engaging, and confident communicating at all levels
- Degree educated preferred
- Organised, proactive, and naturally solutions-focused
- Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and brings positive energy to the workplace
