Individual Giving and Legacy Lead
Salary: £41,000–£44,000
Location: Central London, with two tothree days a week in the office
Contract: Permanent, full time (35 hours per week)
We’re working with an established grant-making charity looking for an Individual Giving and Legacy Lead to grow supporter income and build lasting relationships with donors.
This is a chance to shape how the charity engages with its supporters. You’ll develop individual giving, legacy and in-memory fundraising, creating thoughtful communications and supporter journeys that help people feel valued and connected to the impact of their giving.
Working closely with the Business Development Director and communications colleagues, you’ll:
- Plan, deliver and evaluate fundraising activity across email, digital, direct mail and other channels.
- Build strong relationships with individual donors, legacy pledgers and in-memory supporters.
- Use CRM data, audience insight and campaign results to improve engagement and retention.
- Test new ideas and help develop sustainable approaches to supporter fundraising.
We’d love to hear from you if you have experience in individual giving, legacy fundraising, in-memory giving or a related supporter engagement role. You’ll bring strong writing and relationship-building skills, confidence working with fundraising data and a curiosity about what works.
