We are seeking dynamic HR Operations Partners for 2 roles within the People Operations team of a leading global Consultancy for a fixed-term contract.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional looking to enhance their skills in a fast-paced and varied environment.
About You
- You bring a solid background in HR operations, ideally from a professional services environment or similar.
- You will have strong experience working with teams in dynamic businesses across the employee life cycle and bring exceptional relationship building skills.
- Proven experience in HR operations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, creativity in problem-solving, and IT literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Role
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Lead HR operations for assigned client groups, overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and leave processes.
- HR Compliance: Maintain UK people policies and provide operational guidance while monitoring employment law changes.
- Benefits Administration: Advise on UK benefits and support the administration of the benefits portal.
- Absence Management: Manage sickness cases and referrals to occupational health services.
- Performance Support: Collaborate with People Business Partners on performance improvement plans.
- Project Work: Participate in ad hoc projects across the EMEA People Operations teams.
- Documentation and Reporting: Develop and improve HR processes, maintain records, and support the annual compensation review cycle.
