We are searching for an exceptional Founder's Assistant to become the trusted right-hand to the Founder of a fast-growing creative business operating across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and brand partnerships.

This is far more than a traditional PA role.

You'll become deeply embedded in the Founder’s world, helping to keep both business and personal priorities running seamlessly. One moment you could be coordinating a business meeting or managing a fast-moving diary, the next arranging travel, overseeing personal projects, sourcing gifts, managing appointments or ensuring every detail behind the scenes is taken care of.

The ideal person genuinely enjoys making life easier for others. You are naturally organised, highly proactive, calm under pressure and happiest when juggling multiple moving parts.

The Role

  • Acting as the Founder’s trusted right-hand across both business and personal matters
  • Managing a constantly changing diary and schedule
  • Coordinating travel, restaurants, appointments and logistics
  • Handling personal administration and lifestyle management
  • Supporting day-to-day business operations and project coordination
  • Managing inboxes, follow-ups and key action points
  • Researching suppliers, venues, services and opportunities
  • Being a gatekeeper, problem-solver and trusted point of contact
  • Helping ensure the Founder's time is spent where it adds the most value

About You

  • Experienced and Passionate PA, EA, Founder's Assistant or Private PA
  • Naturally organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing both personal and professional priorities
  • Positive, discreet and highly trustworthy
  • Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
  • Happy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle or creative industries would be highly advantageous
