The predicted salary is between 54000 - 54000 £ per year.

£27 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) for 1 – 3 months initially. Hybrid; 3-4 days in the London office, 1-2 days from home (must be happy with being in the office for up to 4 days a week).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leaders within a respected UK organisation. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring exceptional organisational skills, professionalism, and discretion. You will play a key role in supporting senior leadership, coordinating priorities, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Preparing agendas, briefings, reports, and presentations
  • Supporting governance and leadership processes
  • Coordinating projects, events, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Managing correspondence and maintaining accurate records

Experience required:

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
