- Extensive global diary management and scheduling across multiple time zones for multiple Executives.
- Extensive client liaison, providing a key role in stakeholder relationship management.
- Coordinate high volume of global travel.
- Timely and accurate processing of expenses.
- Leverage your creative skills to prepare high quality and complex documentation.
- Maintaining CRM data with detail.
You:
- Available immediately or on short notice and open to a 12 month FTC.
- An experienced and passionate Executive Assistant with experience in executive search or professional services.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Confident, deadline driven and focused on delivery.
- Proactive with a positive outlook and a flexible manner.
- A good team player, client-focused with high attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure and juggle simultaneous projects.
- Well-versed in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and strong typing skills.
- Experience updating CRM or a strong desire to learn and excel in this.
Salary: £54,000 - £57,000 + Bonus + Amazing benefits.
