Executive AssistantA varied and exciting role combining Executive Assistant duties to the Founding Partners with Office Coordination tasks. You will be joining a highly successful and dynamic start up investment firm. They have had huge success over their first 18 months and are now looking to solidify their operations with the hire of an EA/Coordinator.

You will be the go-to for operations, supporting the 3 Founding Partners with a range of EA duties as well as managing agendas, arranging meetings and events, creating admin processes and ensuring the team stays organised as they scale.

The role is primarily office-based to support a collaborative team that thrives on working together in person, however they also offer lots of flexibility and work life balance.

The Role

Executive Support: Proactive diary management and travel coordination for three Founding Partners

Scheduling: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and chasing actions for quarterly portfolio reviews and internal board meetings

Office Management: Acting as the \”front of house\” for visitors, managing supplier relationships (landlords, maintenance), and ensuring the office runs seamlessly

Event Planning: Coordinating team off-sites, internal events, and the annual AGM in New York.

Deal Support: Helping prepare investor reports, formatting pitch decks update the CRM, assisting with document preparation and fundraise coordination.

You

Degree educated (or graduate calibre)

A few years experience as an EA / Team Assistant within Financial Services or similar fast paced environment.

Tech Savvy: Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Proactive Mindset: A high performer with a positive, \”can-do\” attitude who is happy to handle simple tasks while eyeing long-term career evolution.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to keep projects and people on schedule.

Location: Able to commute to the London office daily, enjoying the energy of a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Hands on, happy to help out with whatever is needed and enjoyed a varied position
