Executive Assistant

Β£70,000 – Β£80,000 + bonus + incredible lifestyle benefits + hybrid working

Executive Assistant to Partner for a transatlantic Venture Capital company. Based in incredible Mayfair offices with hybrid working, and an engaging and welcoming team. You will benefit from a collaborative and fun culture and form part of a small group of impressive and friendly EAs. Your role will be to provide EA support to a Partner and a small allocation of other Executives. The role offers seniority, variety, great comp and a first rate working environment!

The Role

  • Right hand Executive Assistant to a high-profile Partner
  • Streamline Partners schedule, maximising productivity in line with priorities
  • Extensive and complex global diary management across time zones
  • Support relationship management through high impact engagement with all stakeholders
  • Scheduling support to a small allocation of Executives
  • Arrange high volume of meetings with high profile stakeholders
  • Support on exciting projects and initiatives

You

  • A senior Executive Assistant with experience in a fast paced global company (Investment, Tech or Similar)
  • Strong academic background – degree preferred
  • Innovative, forward thinking and fresh in your approach
  • Confident and Engaging with Exceptional communications skills
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of a range of platforms (MS Office, G Suite, Slack, Zoom and more)
  • A great team player, you will be an EA of the highest level while happy to help your teammates with no task being too small
