This small but prestigious and well-established advisory firm based in a stunning West End offices are hiring for a dual role to work as EA to the CEO and Events Coordinator.
\\n\\n
\\n\\n
The EA aspect will see you supporting the brilliant and demanding CEO, though prior senior EA experience is not essential if you are an excellent relationship builder with fantastic organisational skills. The Events part of your role involves arranging and coordinating high level events (client events, industry briefings and advisor round tables) in collaboration with the wider team.

Duties:

EA
\\n\\n
- \\n\\t
- Primary point of contact for CEO liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Understand the CEO's goals, priorities and preferences to support decision making
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts enabling efficient time utilisation
- Coordinate travel, logistics, expenses and other admin to help free up the CEO’s time

Events
\\n\\n
- \\n\\t
- Coordinate and produce high profile events from concept, kick off meeting, to post event actions
- Identify, visit, liaise with and book appropriate event venues
- Coordinate event logistics
- On site event support

\\n\\n

You:

- \\n\\t
- Intelligent, organised and an excellent communicator
- Intuitive with a well-honed ability to read the room and adapt as required
- Engaging and assertive, comfortable asking questions, politely challenging when necessary and always seeking clarity
- Intellectually curious and enjoy contributing to team discussions
- Systems savvy with great technical skills
- Some relevant experience desirable, especially within events, coupled with exceptional potential
