We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional Executive Assistant to support a Group Chief Executive and senior leadership team within a fast-paced Executive Office.
The Deputy Executive Assistant is a pivotal role at the centre of the organisation, managing complex diaries, coordinating high-level meetings, preparing briefings, and handling confidential correspondence. You will also support national and international travel, stakeholder engagement, and executive events.
Key Requirements & Experience:
- Proven experience providing high-level executive or personal assistant support at senior level
- Strong experience managing complex diaries, scheduling, and servicing meetings (including minute-taking)
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting correspondence
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience desirable
