We are hiring for a PA/Admin role for a small successful, fun and friendly brokerage company based in Croydon.
The role:
- PA/Admin support to the Head of Investor Relations
- Create documentation, including spreadsheets, tracking notes, shipping documentation
- Liaison with clients: New client onboarding, file set up, and support relationship management
- Ensure compliance with AML processes and internal policies
- Based in the Croydon office
You:
- Strong administrative skills, including MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident, polished and comfortable liaising with clients
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role within a corporate environment
- Local or easy commute to Croydon
This is a fantastic role for someone with a little experience and a lot of common sense. You will be comfortable with a contract payroll basis and ideally be available for interview and to start immediately!
