Corporate Commercial Solicitor – 3+ years PQE
London or Brighton | £55k–£65k (based on location and experience) + bonus + benefits
We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, boutique law firm with offices in Mayfair and Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, solicitor with experience in both Commercial & Corporate cases to step into a hands-on role with high-quality clients.
The role
- Advise businesses and entrepreneurs on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
- Handle share and asset sales/purchases, restructures, shareholder agreements, and investment rounds
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, supplier terms, and distribution agreements
- Support SMEs, scale-ups and high-net-worth business owners with tailored legal advice
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development
