Corporate Commercial Solicitor
£55k–£70K (based on location and experience) bonus benefits

We are hiring for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with 2+ years PQE for a fast-growing, boutique law firm with offices in Mayfair, London and Brighton. A fantastic opportunity for a confident, solicitor with experience in both Commercial & Corporate cases to step into a hands-on role with high-quality clients and a dynamic collaborative team.
The role
- Advise businesses and entrepreneurs on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
- Handle share and asset sales/purchases, restructures, shareholder agreements, and investment rounds
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, supplier terms, and distribution agreements
- Support SMEs, scale-ups and high-net-worth business owners with tailored legal advice
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development
