We are seeking a Talent Coordinator for a dynamic global Consultancy company.

This is a fun and fast paced ongoing temp position for an intelligent, driven and highly organised coordinator to support an extremely busy and engaging Talent Acquisition team.

- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews – excellent diary management skills essential!
- Build strong relationships with a wide range of senior and high profile stakeholders internally and externally – a collaborative relationship builder is key !
- Work with MS Office to create high quality documents for the team
- Update internal systems
- Support reporting of talent data
- Create, update and share Role Descriptions
- Timely managent of team inboxes, action or escalate accordingly
- Support on Talent Acquisition projects
- Admin support to the whole team as required
