They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Home Manager to lead one of their homes, ensuring a high-quality, person-centred service that truly changes lives. As a Home Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a supported accommodation home.
Key responsibilities:
- Build meaningful relationships and deliver key work sessions with young people.
- Work collaboratively with professionals and colleagues to provide consistent support.
- Supervise and develop a small team of Live-In Support Workers.
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming home environment.
- Keep accurate records, complete reports and conduct risk assessments.
- Participate in an On-Call rota.
