The role of Customer Services and Admin Support Officer will be a new hire for this tech company to become part of a growing company. This role will involve talking to with clients, suppliers and the public and providing a first class customer service approach, along with general office administration support., * First point of contact for customer service calls

Support department to categorise service calls on first contact and allocate to the relevant departments

Managing queries from clients and resolving where possible

Support the Installations Manager to book Installations and Service Visits with clients

Develop and maintain a good working relationship with both internal colleagues and

external customers.

Assist with measuring and improving the processes and procedures, including supporting the development of highly visible KPIs

Support on general admin duties

Previous Customer Service / Office management experience, ideally within a supervisory capacity
