A fantastic opportunity for a warm, professional and organised Receptionist/ Administrator to join an established technology business in the heart of Covent Garden on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a part-time role, working 3 days per week with 1 day from home!
The role would suit someone with a great attitude and some reception experience but just a small amount is fine if you have the right attitude!
The Role
Working closely with the existing office team, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients, visitors and guests to the London office and providing a friendly, professional reception service
- Answering the reception telephone and dealing with enquiries
- Managing meeting room bookings and helping to ensure rooms and communal areas are well presented
- Managing incoming deliveries and outgoing couriers
- Maintaining office supplies, stationery and kitchen provisions
- Supporting the smooth running of printers, copiers and other office equipment
- Providing general administrative support to the wider office team as required
This is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to learn more about office administration and take on additional responsibilities over time.
