We are recruiting a Branch Support Coordinator for a friendly and professional membership organisation.
You will provide administrative and operational support to its global network of branches, working closely with Branch Chairs, committee members, volunteers and regional administrators.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for branch enquiries.
- Provide administrative support to branches and committees.
- Coordinate branch communications, emails and event promotion.
- Support branch events, webinars and member-engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate branch, volunteer and event records in Salesforce.
- Coordinate onboarding for new Branch Chairs and committee members.
- Maintain online guidance and resources for branches.
- Identify recurring enquiries and help improve support processes.
- Work closely with the Membership, Marketing and Events teams.
Skills and experience required
- Strong administrative, operational or customer-support experience.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Experience working with databases or CRM systems.
- Confidence liaising with senior stakeholders, committees or volunteers.
- A proactive and collaborative approach.
Experience within a membership body, professional association or volunteer-led organisation would be advantageous.
Salesforce, email-marketing or event-support experience would also be desirable.
Occasional evening work may be required to support international branches, with occasional travel to events or branch meetings.
