Are you an experienced HR Administrator or HR Coordinator with experience supporting employee relations casework and taking accurate meeting notes?

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join a national charity's HR team, supporting an organisational change project. You will provide confidential administrative support, helping ensure meetings, correspondence and HR records are managed accurately and efficiently.

The role

Working closely with HR colleagues, you will:

  • Schedule meetings and prepare supporting documentation and routine correspondence.
  • Take accurate notes during HR meetings, including organisational change consultations, capturing key
  • discussion points, questions and agreed actions.
  • Use prepared meeting scripts to support note-taking and produce clear written records within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain accurate, secure and up-to-date HR files and documentation.
  • Respond to routine HR enquiries and support general HR administration.
  • Assist with reporting, record checks and additional HR tasks as required.

About you

You will have experience working successfully at HR Administrator or HR Coordinator level, including previous involvement in supporting employee relations (ER) casework.

Strong listening and note-taking skills are essential. You must be confident capturing the key points and actions from sensitive discussions independently.

You will also bring:

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Initiative and confidence working independently.
  • A professional, discreet approach to confidential information.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using Teams.
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.

Working arrangements

You will attend the London office initially for induction and set-up. The team usually works in the office three days a week, including Tuesdays, but there is flexibility around this role’s workload, particularly when supporting online meetings.
