We're looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our friendly Consumables Team. This role is all about building relationships with our existing customers, helping them order the products they need and making sure they always receive great service. You'll spend much of your day chatting to customers, processing orders and making sure everything runs smoothly.

You'll be joining a supportive team where everyone works together, and where your contribution really does make a difference.

What you'll be doing

  • Calling customers to discuss their consumable requirements, including ink, labels and other mailing products.
  • Building strong relationships by providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
  • Processing customer orders from start to finish, making sure everything is accurate.
  • Keeping customer records up to date on our CRM system.
  • Spotting opportunities to recommend products or services that could benefit the customer.
  • Working towards individual and team targets.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to provide the best possible customer experience.

About you

You'll enjoy speaking to people, building relationships and providing excellent customer service. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, account management or administration.
  • Great communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone.
  • Good organisation and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage your workload and prioritise tasks.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
