Job Purpose
As the head of the Refreshment segment within Wall’s brand, you will lead major marketing campaigns and deliver market‑making innovations. You will drive projects with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, and a consumer‑obsessed mindset.
Who You Are & What You Will Do
You will support the growth of Wall’s through flawless execution of innovation, renovations and in‑market execution across all consumer touchpoints.
- Lead renovation and innovation projects end‑to‑end, including innovation strategy, business cases, consumer research, and activation plans.
- Assist in developing ATL marketing campaigns, lead certain channels or brands, partnering with media and digital teams for flawless market execution.
- Take a lead on brand’s digital strategy and content calendar with the Content and Data teams.
- Lead brand partnership projects (e.g., 2025 Wall’s & Love Island partnership).
- Support the commercial delivery of the brand, including monitoring and reporting in‑market performance and ownership of forecast assumptions.
- Work closely with customer teams (in‑home, away‑from‑home, d‑com) to identify and action growth opportunities.
- Support development of annual brand strategies and present brand plans to external customers and internal UK & Global stakeholders.
- Manage feedback from quality and consumer engagement teams.
- Be consumer and category obsessed, continuously monitor trends and competitor activity.

Additional Information
The role will transfer to the new standalone Ice Cream company once Unilever separates its Ice Cream business by July 2025. All terms and conditions will be communicated accordingly. Local conditions apply: candidates based in the Netherlands are preferred. Outside NL interested candidates may apply but may be subject to self‑initiated relocation. Relocation support includes flights to the Netherlands, immigration and tax support in the year of move, and a lump‑sum cash payment during the first salary payment in the Netherlands.
