Manpower are currently seeking an interim Bill to Cash Manager, to work with our global FMCG client The Magnum Ice Cream Company, renowned for brands such as Magnum, Ben & Jerry's, Cornetto and Wall's, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment. The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role to run for 10 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying between £66,000-£75,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience. The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

The role plays a pivotal role in the digital transformation programme, acting as the market Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all BtC (Bill to Cash) related system design, testing and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead market BtC fit to template assessments ensuring alignment with Project global design principles.
  • Identify BtC process gaps and collaborate with global SMEs to shape solutions.
  • Represent market requirements in Project design workshops and decision making forums.
  • Act as BtC SME during system build, configuration and integration activities.
  • Own and develop BtC test scenarios for Pricing, Claims, Rebates, Billing and Credit.
  • Lead UAT execution, validating system behaviour, data flows and end-to-end accuracy.
  • Drive market readiness for Project go-live: processes, people, training and controls.
  • Contribute to hypercare planning to ensure a stable launch.
  • Deliver training for BtC teams and key stakeholders on new Project processes and functionalities.
  • Update BtC SOPs, control frameworks, RACIs and governance documentation.
  • Act as the primary link between the global Project programme and market BtC operations.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience within a similar role with FMCG essential.
  • Strong expertise across BtC processes: pricing, claims, rebates, credit, billing.
  • Proficiency in SAP and TPM/ANAPLAN systems; experience with ERP transformations preferred.
  • Demonstrated team leadership or coaching experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capability.
  • Effective stakeholder and customer engagement skills.
