The Experience Designer will support innovation project teams to deliver impactful, consumer-focused products. You will join a team that fosters a strong design culture and inspires creativity. You’ll help scope and support on projects from early opportunity identification to product launch, ensuring design excellence and alignment with brand intent. Your role connects cross-functional teams and external partners, amplifying creative impact and contributing to brand and portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

  • Work on high-growth innovation areas, contributing to the development of holistic design solutions for ice cream and snacking product innovations, including new flavours, formats, and occasions.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional project team, supporting the design process from initial concept through to manufacturing, guided by TMICC’s best practices and design thinking methodologies.
  • Provide support to the Packaging team in the development of new 3D pack experience concept designs, ensuring alignment with the business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Lead workstreams to create prototypes for demonstrations.
  • Communicate creative ideas and potential solutions clearly to other functions, with support and direction from senior designers.
