Manpower are currently seeking an interim Senior Product Technologist (Food) to work with our global FMCG client The Magnum Ice Cream Company, renowned for brands such as Magnum, Ben meeting brand, consumer, and business needs, creating innovative products at the forefront of the industry.
Lead/support end-to-end technical delivery of projects, encompassing a range of project responsibilities; from concept development to specification writing and ensuring nutritional compliance.
Lead and manage pilot plant trials as part of product development and feasibility testing, using a range of industrial and semi-industrial equipment’s, ensuring efficient and seamless transfer to production scale.
Write and manage specifications and systems data for the products you work on.
Manage supplier relationships, partnering colleagues in procurement to ensure effective working relationships and access to the very best and most innovative ingredients.
Apply TMICC development tools (Risk Analysis, SWOT analysis, Quality in Innovation, Open Innovation, 5S, ICE).
Develop captivating selling stories to support customer development teams.
