The Magdalene Group is a well-respected, award-winning, innovative, women-only organisation, established in 1994, providing trauma- and gender-informed services with the violence against women and girls (VAWG) agenda at the heart of all that we do.

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven leader to join our Senior Management Team as Head of Women’s Services. Working closely with the CEO, you will play a key role in delivering our strategic priorities with a particular focus on developing our women’s homelessness strategy.

This is a senior role with both strategic and operational responsibility, ensuring high-quality, compliant and impactful services for women and girls.
