The MacRobert Trust seeks an inspirational horticultural leader to care for and develop the 17-acre RHS Partner Gardens at Douneside House, while shaping horticulture, training, sustainability and community engagement across the wider estate.
You will lead the gardens team and trainees, plan restoration and planting, champion biodiversity, and help deliver outstanding guest experiences through garden tours, events and seasonal produce.
