About The Role

This role is based at The County High School, Leftwich, which is a high performing, fully inclusive, co-educational, 11-16 school with approximately 1050 students, 60 teaching and 60 support staff. The school serves a mixed catchment area with a Published Admission Number of 210, and we are now significantly over-subscribed. We are looking for an inspiring and dedicated Teacher of English to join our thriving, hardworking English team at The County High School Leftwich on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for effective planning and implementation of the curriculum, ensuring quality first teaching, monitoring assessments, recording, and reporting. You will also perform the role of form tutor, if designated as such.

  • Knowledge of GCSE expectations in the subject area
