The Macclesfield Academy is seeking a Pastoral Lead to drive student welfare, behaviour and attendance improvements.
You will provide leadership to staff and work closely with families to remove barriers to learning and promote a safe, supportive school environment.
The role is full-time (37 hours per week), permanent, with Term Time Plus 1 week, starting 1st September 2026.
DBS required; reporting to Deputy Head Teacher/Designated Safeguarding Lead.
