About The Role
Reporting to the Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead, you will work as part of the Achievement & Support department to promote the emotional wellbeing of students. Full‑time hours are 37 per week, with part‑time considered. Working pattern: Monday‑Thursday 8:30‑16:30; Friday 8:30‑16:00.
Your Responsibilities
- Promote the emotional wellbeing of students and support pastoral and safeguarding teams as part of the college’s inclusive offer.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold a recognised qualification in counselling and have experience working with children and young people. A warm and compassionate approach, the ability to quickly build rapport with students, and a passion for the education sector are essential.
