20-22 hours over 3 days a week, plus flexibility to cover
(Cooks work 8-4pm Monday-Thursday, 8-4.30pm Fridays)
6 month contract, with a possibility of longer
You would:
● carry out the morning baking
● prep
● cook and plate up breakfasts and lunches,
● know the menu and be aware of the allergies
● carry out opening and closing checks and cleaning
