Our tranquil spa, 86 unique bedrooms, secluded gardens, and relaxed dining experiences offer countless ways to enjoy the serene countryside. What’s in it for you? £14,976 per annum, 24 hours per week Annual service charge (non-contractual) – circka £1.2k per year Meals included on duty Employee recognition awards Cashback healthcare cover after probation Continued career development with recognised training providers Generous friends and family rate at Iconic Luxury Hotels 25% discount on all food and beverage Discount on spa treatment and products Refer a friend incentive Team social events, seasonal gifts and much more… Role Details: Shifts: Various shifts between 6am – 10pm, including weekends (5 days out of 7) About the Spa Receptionist Role: Manage treatment, spa day, and fitness bookings Follow procedures for opening and closing the spa confidently Complete all reception admin tasks with pride and to the highest standard Assist with cashing up and voucher/brochure enquiries as needed Show potential new members and guests around the spa, highlighting all the exciting details Answer the phone promptly and assist with enquiries Ensure the smooth running of treatment rooms and allocate rooms to therapists fairly Collaborate with spa therapists, leisure attendants, and hotel staff, sharing necessary information professionally Monitor lone swimmers and other spa guests, and check pool chemical levels to ensure safety About You: Experience in a spa environment is desirable Experience in a hotel/reception environment is advantageous Keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and confident communication with the team
