They move about their space and take action to meet guest needs, whether delivering requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or performing similar duties to support a great guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
- Deliver guest requests and assist with daily operations to support a memorable guest experience.
- Stock carts, clean rooms, and perform other housekeeping tasks as assigned.
- Uphold safety, quality standards, confidentiality, and professional appearance and communications.
Qualifications:
- Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods with a hands-on approach to work.
- Move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
