Airfares & Ticketing Specialist

THE ROLE
We are an ultra-luxury travel consultancy seeking an expert Flights & Fares Specialist to manage the complex travel requirements of our most prestigious UHNWI accounts.
This isn\'t just about booking seats; it\'s about crafting seamless, high-touch travel experiences for high-net-worth individuals who demand precision, speed, and discretion.
Based in our Chelsea office, you will be the technical backbone of our air department, sourcing elite travel options across worldwide flights, rail, and private ground arrangements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
High-Touch Sourcing: Manage end-to-end travel requests via Sabre, sourcing the most efficient and competitive routes for VIP clients.
Technical Ticketing: Lead the issuance and re-issuance of complex fares, including CAT*****, Nett, ITX, and Published fares.
* Advanced Fare Management: Expertly handle manual fare builds, seat/name corrections, and complex ticket revalidations.
NDC Integration: Navigate the evolving NDC landscape and traditional GDS content to ensure clients receive the full range of premium inventory.
Financial Accuracy: Manage the full lifecycle of BSP issues, automated and manual refunds, and ticketing queues.
Contract Optimization: Maintain and file airline net rate contracts, ensuring our database reflects the most current luxury airline partnerships.
VIP Administration: Providing accurate documentation, visa/passport advice, and real-time support for schedule changes or travel disruptions.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
GDS Expertise: Advanced, hands-on experience with Sabre is essential.
Luxury Background: Previous experience within a Boutique Travel Management Company or Luxury Tour Operator is a must.
Fare Specialist: Deep knowledge of manual fare construction and IATA regulations.
Contract Savvy: A strong understanding of premium airline contracts and the ability to maximize value for the client.
Precision & Poise: Exceptional attention to detail and a \\\"human touch\\\" when communicating with high-profile clients and global airline desks.
