We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Luxury Travel Advisor to join our friendly, award-winning team.

We are a well-established and dynamic luxury travel agency based in Chelsea London, that offers inspiring tailor-made trips across the globe to travelers.

We are looking for a brilliant Italian/Spanish/French speaker to join our small and experienced team.

Experience or degree in the Luxury Tourism and Hospitality sector

  • Excellent verbal and written English, Italian or Spanish
  • A team player with a friendly approachable manner and a real passion for travel, preferably well-travelled
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their preferences, travel history, and lifestyle needs.

Provide personalized, concierge-level service with meticulous attention to detail at every stage of the travel experience.

Itinerary Design & Planning

Curate bespoke travel experiences, including flights, accommodations, private transfers, dining, excursions, and exclusive events.

Stay up to date with luxury destinations, premium airlines, five-star hotels, resorts, villas, and unique experiences worldwide.

Develop strong relationships with luxury travel partners and suppliers to secure exclusive access, upgrades, and privileges.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell premium services and experiences.

Provide 24/7 support where required, responding swiftly to unexpected travel disruptions or client concerns.

Monitor emerging travel trends, destinations, and exclusive offerings to provide clients with innovative recommendations.

Attend luxury travel trade shows, networking events, and supplier training sessions to strengthen expertise.
