As a Senior Scientist within Lubrizol’s Chemical Design and Synthesis department, you’ll play a pivotal role in inventing and developing molecules with unique properties to meet evolving business needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creativity, problem‑solving, and collaboration in a global research environment. You’ll lead synthetic projects, optimize processes for commercialization, and develop structure‑performance relationships to guide innovation.
