• Build Your Portfolio – Develop and execute the Fuels additive product, price, promotion and place strategy for your portfolio.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive the long-term financial health of the portfolio.
• Lead market and customer-focused product line strategies to deliver sustainable solutions for mobility, wellbeing and modern life.

About the Role

As a Product Manager you’ll lead your assigned Fuels additive portfolio strategy. This is a commercial role and is ideal for someone who thrives on combining market intelligence, customer insight, and market strategy with technology. You’ll foster long-term relationships and provide guidance to help our clients better serve their customers. You’ll own the entire lifecycle of your portfolio and bring solutions to customers which help them overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

About You

You will bring experience in a category or technical marketing role, have commercial and technical acumen with strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills. You will have a strong understanding of the financial aspects of a product line, including pricing, margins, profitability, and the ability to make sound business decisions based on data analysis. You will thrive on leadership and collaboration, demonstrating skills in people engagement and cross-functional teamwork with R&D, operations, sales, and marketing.

You Will Also Bring

• Excellent communication skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and senior leadership; market analysis capabilities.
• Technical understanding of chemical products or lubricants is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of relevant markets, customer needs, competitor analysis, and market trends.
