The Lubrizol Corporation seeks an HR Business Partner to shape the employee experience across UK sites, including Blackley, Huddersfield, Barnsley and Daresbury.
You will support site leadership, drive people initiatives, and ensure compliant HR practices in a dynamic environment.
You’ll partner with managers, coach leaders, manage employee relations, and lead change and talent development at local and enterprise levels, travel across sites as required.
