As Talent Administration Coordinator, Europe, you’ll play a key role in continuous improvement, supporting and streamlining HR processes that shape the employee experience. This is a dynamic and collaborative role, ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and communication and utilising their strong organisational skills. You’ll work closely with recruiters, HR teams, and hiring managers to ensure smooth operations across the talent lifecycle—from hiring requisitions and interview logistics to onboarding and training coordination.

- Experience in HR or business administration ideally within a shared services environment.
- Fluency in English. Any additional European language is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruiting, onboarding, talent management or learning & development processes.
- Strong computer skills and experience of working with ATS and HR systems.
- A friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented approach.
- Confidence to work autonomously and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
