Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities for Lubrizol Fluid Engineering across Europe, including researching potential clients, crafting strategic approaches, and initiating conversations that lead to long-term partnerships.
- Shape Market Entry: Develop compelling business cases for entering new markets and launching innovative products and services, prioritizing opportunities aligned with Lubrizol\’s strategic goals and customer needs.
- Build Customer Roadmaps: Create tailored customer development funnels and roadmaps reflecting a deep understanding of client needs and industry dynamics.
- Foster Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and mutual success.
- Accelerate Revenue Growth: Design and implement strategies to grow sales through new account development and contribute to Lubrizol\\\’s market leadership.

Qualifications
