As Global Sustainability Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our innovation, playing a vital role in leading global sustainability initiatives across our company to drive our energy intensity lower and achieve our 2030 goals. You will collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions across our global sites, including senior leadership, Operations Leaders, production, supply chain, and external stakeholders to create and implement sustainable systems and practices and drive continuous improvement.
You will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop, refine, and implement projects and initiatives that lower our operational energy intensity, with a focus on achieving our 2030 targets. You will drive the integration of sustainable metrics into business operations and provide strategic advice to senior leadership on energy intensity trends, risks, and opportunities.
With a focus on carbon and environmental impact reduction, you will lead initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and energy use within all capital investments and across company operations, promoting the adoption of energy efficiency practices.

What you will bring to the role:
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong understanding of environmental regulations, green chemistry principles, and sustainable manufacturing practices alongside proficiency in data analysis and sustainability reporting tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or equivalent in Sustainability Management or Environmental Science is a plus.
- Demonstrable experience (ideally 10 years plus) in sustainability management or environmental programs, ideally in the chemical or manufacturing industries alongside a proven track record of leading sustainability initiatives and managing projects to achieve measurable outcomes.
- An understanding of sustainability standards, frameworks, and certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, LEED, GRI, CDP, Science-Based Targets initiative).
