Lubrizol are looking to recruit an Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract to join their Supply and Planning team. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration tasks supporting the Planning processes and Raw Material Procurement processes, helping to maintain accurate records in a reactive and flexible department.
If you are successful you will:
- Provide Planning Department administrative functions including issuing production plans, batch sheets and labels in conjunction with the Planners
- Provide general administrative functions including the creation of Purchase Orders, Booking In of deliveries, telephone contact with Suppliers
- Aid Raw Material Inventory Control including Invoice Reconciliations and Service Entries
- Have Intercompany and Toll manufacturing interaction including shipping activities
- Have daily interaction with Planning, Manufacturing, Customer Centre and Suppliers
- Contribute to overall cost control and planning efficiency
Required expertise/skills for success:
- Good standard of formal education
- Strong communicator (both written and verbal) throughout all levels of the organisation
- Proficient Excel user or other such applications
- Motivated, self-driven, well organized and results focused
- Efficient, accurate and punctual
- Knowledge of SAP/Stock Control systems is desirable
