The role

The LSM Club is looking for a Member relations to drive membership growth and represent the club across London's premium social scene. This is not a back-office sales role. You will be out in the room, online, and in front of the right women. You must be confident hosting members at events. You will identify, nurture, and convert prospective members, then maintain the relationship through their journey with the club. Think of it as a CRM-style role for people, not data entries.

  • Source prospective members, network, events, introductions, and targeted outreach
  • Run discovery conversations and guide applicants through the vetting and onboarding process
  • Represent LSM at networking events, private dinners, brand activations, and partner events across London
  • Post, feature, and advocate for LSM across your personal social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok where relevant)
  • Coordinate with the founder on pipeline, events, and partnership introductions
  • Maintain clean records in our CRM (Notion and connected tools)
  • Feed insights back on what is resonating with members and prospects

  • Confident representing a brand in public, on camera, and at private events
  • Comfortable with social media as a business tool, not just a personal one
  • Premium in taste, polished in presentation, specific in communication
  • Self-motivated. Understand the difference between premium and luxury, and why it matters to us

Compensation and progression

  • Months 1 to 5: Commission-only on every new member you personally convert, with performance tier uplifts as you hit volume and retention
  • 6 onwards: Move to a base salary plus commission structure, subject to hitting agreed performance targets in the first 5 months
  • Event access, branded assets, and dedicated marketing support for personal brand content tied to LSM
  • Specific commission rates and base salary figures shared at interview stage
