Lowry is a visual and performing arts venue situated at the heart of MediaCityUK in Salford, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations. Based within Lowry, Quaytickets is an award‑winning ticketing agency operating at the heart of the UK’s live entertainment sector. We provide ticketing services for Lowry’s theatres, galleries and learning programmes, while also supporting over 20 clients nationwide. Our work covers theatre, visitor attractions and heritage railway and much more.

We are seeking a Setup and Support Specialist to join our team, responsible for delivering high‑quality ticketing system configuration and providing advanced support for escalated issues. This is a hands‑on, varied role that plays a key part in ensuring consistently high standards of service for venues and clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Setting up and configuring ticketing systems for events, seasons and clients, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with agreed requirements.
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex system and operational issues, carrying out detailed investigation and resolution.
  • Working closely with venues, promoters and internal teams to ensure systems support both operational delivery and commercial objectives.
  • Supporting system changes, updates and new functionality, helping clients and colleagues to adopt new processes confidently.

The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and technically confident, with a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to delivering excellent support. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, problem‑solving under pressure and working collaboratively with colleagues and clients.

Working pattern

The role includes working from home one weekend in every six weeks, with shifts on the allocated weekend running up to 8pm.
