37.5 hours per week, £28,368 per annum plus staff benefits. Lowry is a visual and performing arts venue situated at the heart of MediaCityUK in Salford, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations. We are looking for a Conference and Events Sales Co‑ordinator to help maximise revenue across Lowry’s conference and events facilities. This role involves selling and co‑ordinating a wide range of events, including conferences, weddings and Christmas parties.
You will be responsible for:
- Responding to all enquiries promptly
- Taking proactive follow‑up actions
- Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Co‑ordinating event details
- Managing the diary
- Reporting on activity
- Maintaining our computerised booking system (Artifax) and associated databases
Strong organisational and time‑management skills, along with accuracy and attention to detail, are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and event co‑ordination role.
