Lowry is an internationally acclaimed cultural landmark situated at the heart of Media City UK, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations.

Quay Tickets is our in house primary ticket agency selling tickets for Lowry and for over 20 other cultural venues and visitor attractions across the UK.

Located within Lowry, Quay Tickets is an award-winning ticketing agency at the heart of the UK’s live entertainment scene.

We provide ticketing services for Lowry’s theatres, galleries, and educational workshops, as well as for over 20 clients nationwide.

From theatre and opera to comedy, festivals, and immersive experiences – we help audiences access unforgettable events.

We’re currently seeking Casual Ticket Sales Agent to join our dynamic and fast-paced contact centre team.

Based on-site at Lowry, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and processing bookings using our computerised box office systems.

Weekend and evening availability is essential.
