Β£32,305.00 per annum, plus staff benefits
Lowry is a visual and performing arts venue situated at the heart of MediaCityUK in Salford, one of the world's most exciting culture and media destinations.
We are looking for a Bars Supervisor to help lead the delivery of our bar offer across Lowry Bar and Kitchen, theatre bars, confectionery points and cellar operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being present in the operation, supporting the team and keeping service moving during busy pre-show and interval periods.

The role also has an important focus on team development. You will coach colleagues during live service, support new starters with practical bar training and build confidence in product knowledge, responsible service and customer engagement. You will also help maintain effective cellar processes, stock controls and safe working practices across our bar areas.
If you are an experienced supervisor or senior team member who can bring calm leadership, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to great service, this is an opportunity to play a key part in Lowry's busy and varied commercial operation
The role has a number of staff benefits including:
- Complimentary and discounted theatre and live event tickets.
- Free car parking just a few minutes' walk from the Lowry building.
- Paid day off for your birthday.
- Discounts at the bars, restaurant and gift shop located within the Lowry building.
- Access to Lowry's Wellbeing Hub and to other health and wellbeing services, including counselling, physiotherapy and remote GP appointments.
- Group Life Assurance Scheme.
