Overview
Lowry is a visual and performing arts venue situated at the heart of Media City UK in Salford, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Lowry, we are looking for a CRM Manager to develop, manage and execute CRM across the organisation and lead on all e CRM activity.
This role will require you to act as a CRM champion within the organisation, ensuring colleagues understand how best to engage and communicate with audiences and how all touchpoints across the audience journey connect.
This role sits within the Audiences, Sales and Marketing Department which brings together Ticketing, Communications, Marketing, CRM and Digital as a centralised team working across the whole organisation; united by shared accountability and responsibility for audience and revenue targets.
The ability to communicate complex and technical information in clear and engaging ways is essential.
You will also have extensive experience with ESP platforms, CRM systems, data analysis and reporting tools, as well as an enthusiasm for staying informed on audience behaviours and insights, CRM, emerging digital and wider marketing trends.
