Role Description
This full-time on-site role as a Spa Therapist is based in Manchester at The Lowry Hotel. The Spa Therapist will provide a variety of luxury spa treatments including facials, body therapies and advanced treatments. You will ensure guests receive exceptional customer service, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care. Managing client appointments, maintaining a clean treatment area, and assisting guests in choosing appropriate treatments or products will be part of your daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Skilled in performing a variety of spa treatments, including pedicures and beauty treatments
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Level 2 and 3 Beauty therapy
- Friendly, professional with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality setting is a strong advantage
