Working as part of the spa team and reporting to the Spa Manager, your responsibilities will include delivering a full range of spa treatments to the highest standard while always ensuring guest comfort and wellbeing. You will also develop a strong understanding of our treatments and products in order to confidently recommend services and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualified in Beauty Therapy
  • Previous experience working as a Spa Therapist
  • Excellent guest care and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude with a 'nothing is too much trouble' approach
  • Knowledge of Elemis products and treatments is desirable but not essential
