We are looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Commercial team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will provide vital administrative, sales, and marketing support while managing a portfolio of smaller accounts.
You'll play an important role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and assisting with client events.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Sales & Client Support
- Manage a portfolio of smaller client accounts, delivering exceptional service and maintaining regular communication.
- Research new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
- Reconnect with previous clients to secure repeat business for meetings, conferences, group bookings, and events.
- Prepare professional sales proposals and ensure timely responses to enquiries.
- Create and maintain accurate client records within the hotel's CRM system.
- Marketing Support
- Assist with gathering and analysing marketing data to support campaigns and reporting.
- Prepare engaging sales presentations and marketing materials in line with brand standards.
- Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and tracking systems.
- Research competitor activity and market trends, providing insights and reports.
- Event Coordination
- Support the planning and delivery of networking events, client events, and familiarisation trips.
- Liaise with hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Coordinate post-event follow-up, including client feedback and identifying future business opportunities.
- Administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team.
- Maintain organised documentation, databases, and departmental records.
- Produce monthly sales production reports by market segment.
- Assist with additional projects and tasks as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings energy, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent service.
You'll ideally have
- Previous experience in hospitality, sales support, administration, or a similar commercial role.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence communicating with clients and building professional relationships.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Power Point.
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate data.
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach and a positive, proactive attitude.
