The Lowry Hotel, Manchester's iconic five-star hotel, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy, quality kitchen.

You will report to the Executive Chef, mentor Demi/Commis Chefs, and manage your section in the absence of the Senior Team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.

Flexibility to work on a shift basis including weekends is essential.
